I am an avid fan of WordPress.
It is powerful, flexible and easily customizable. I have experience building themes from scratch. Infact, I built this theme from scratch. However, I usually prefer using the “child-theme” method to customize an existing theme to better fit a project’s needs. I have found this gives me a great head start which allows me more time to focus on the important project nuances instead of rewriting unnecessary code.
I enjoy writing clean, concise code that is well organized and well documented.
