I have the real world experience needed to do this and a track record to back it up.
I am an avid WordPress fan. For e-commerce purposes, I prefer WooCommerce. It allows for seamless integration of product and content and it is practical, cost effective and scalable. I have real world retail experience managing ecommerce websites. I also have real world experience with retail sales, shipping/receiving and inventory management. This combined with my design and photography background make me uniquely suited for your small to medium sized business.
